Questions
Things people ask
How often should gutters be cleaned?
At least once a year. In areas with a lot of leaf fall, twice a year is advised. Blocked gutters overflow and the water can damage the house. The service clears everything inside the gutter and cleans the outside face as well.
Do you clean gutters or water blast two-storey homes?
No. Gutter cleaning is for single-storey, single-level buildings only, and water blasting covers house walls, paths and concrete, not roofs.
What is included in a lawn mow?
The lawn mown, edges trimmed with a weed eater or edge trimmer, paths swept clean afterwards, and the clippings taken away if you want them gone.
Do you take green waste away?
Yes. Garden waste taken to the tip is charged at the actual tip fees and travel, plus one hour of labour per cubic metre. Say what needs to go when you ask for a quote.
Can you tidy up before an open home or the end of a tenancy?
Yes. A few hours before an open home, a final inspection or moving out of a rental makes a real difference to how the place presents. Water blasting the house and paths is a good pre-sale job too, as it removes grime, mould, moss and lichen.
How does payment work?
Materials are paid for before they are bought. Labour is paid on completion of the work.
Can you come at a set time for a small job?
Small jobs are usually fitted in around other work in your area. If a short job needs doing at a specific time there is a $10 petrol charge.
